Provide sustainability specialization/subject matter expertise for the global purchasing team, accelerate the supplier ESG performance improvement across all sustainability metrics, and implement the carbon neutral roadmap of the company. Manage and drive supply chain reporting capability and post-assessment supplier engagement to deliver a tangible and consistent performance improvements, alongside the business expansion strategy. Develop reports and presentations that clearly and effectively communicate the results.outcomes.and opportunities from client engagements Build strong rapport and partner closely with cross functional teams. as well as suppliers and external partne organizations(regional and global) to drive alignment and integration of supply chain sustainability goals into the regional business priorities Identify and deliver capability building opportunities and deployment strateay, partnering closely across the broader global sustainability and regional sourcing teams. Conduct individual and/or group follow ups, site visits, trainings. webinars,on-site and off-site capability building initiatives on sustainability topics.
