Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- 负责解决生产车间生产过程中遇到的技术问题、产品质量问题；
- 负责工艺检查（焊接工艺）和过程审核；
- 配合过程开发工程师进行检具能力、设备能力等调查，以及生产过程的验证和放行；
- 协助过程开发工程师完成样品的生产，包括但不限于所有激光焊接过程的FEMA、控制计划、流程图、工装清单、检具清单、程序清单、作业指导、工序图、防错清单等工艺文件的接收、理解、执行、更新和维护;
- 负责批量产品生产中涉及上述工艺文件、资料等的接收、发放、更改、替换及相关人员的培训和指导；
- 完成部门经理安排的其他任务.
- Responsible for resolving technical and products quality issues occured in the production workshop;
- Responsible for processe inspection(welding process) and process audit.
- Cooperate with process development engineer to conduct the capabilities surveys for tools and equipment etc., as well as verify and release the production processes;
- Support process development engineer in completing the prototype production, including but not limited to the receiving, understanding, execution, updating, and maintenance of all documents for laser welding process, such as FEMA, control plans, flowcharts, tooling lists, fixture lists, program lists, work instructions, process
diagrams, prevention list etc.
- Responsible for receiving, distributing, modifying, replacing for all of relevant process documents, providing training and guidance to people involved in the production process.
- Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.

Your Skills and Strengths
- 本科及以上学历，机械相关或焊接专业；
- 1年以上制造行业激光焊接方面的工作经验, 能熟练操作Auto CAD, Solidwork, UG等绘图软件；
- 良好的英语沟通能力；
- 良好的沟通能力.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical related or welding.
- Above 1 year of work experience in laser welding in the manufacturing industry, be able to use drawing software such as AUTOCAD, Solidwork, UG, etc.
- Good English skill ( Speak, Write, Read).
- Good communication skill.
