Job Overview
A Customer Service Manager’s role focus on plan, co-ordinate and leading the activities of the customer service team to foster an excellent customer relationship. To co-ordinate with Supply Chain Manager, ASEAN to improve supply chain and warehousing process and execute the policies and procedures to optimize efficiency of the teams for achieving the organizational and operational objectives.
