职责描述： • 负责电机相关需求分析与SOR开发，负责电机设计和方案审核， 负责电机电磁设计分析和测试； Responsible for motor requirement analysis and SOR development, responsible for motor design and review、electromagnetic analysis and testing; • 负责制订电机相关的开发流程和技术规范； Build up motor-related development procedure and technical specifications; • 编制相关产品DFMEA，编制DVP及PVP; 编制产品、零部件测量规范、外购件技术规范等； Prepare related products DFMEA, prepare DVP and PVP; Prepare product measurement specifications, technical specifications for purchased parts • 负责与客户和供应商的技术评审和交流等； Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers; • 协助质量部门解决供应商零件质量问题和客户质量问题等； Support quality department to solving outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues; 任职要求： • 具有硕士或以上学历, 电机工程或机电相关专业； Master's degree or above, major in electrical engineering or electromechanical; • 对汽车行业电机驱动产品未来技术方向有比较深的认识，熟悉行业技术动向； Deep understanding of the future technical direction of motor drive products in the automotive industry, familiar with industry technology trends; • 3年以上电机产品开发工作经验，有超高速电机产品开发经验者优先； More than 3 years’ experience in motor development, experience in ultra-high speed motor development is plus. 精通永磁同步电机设计理论，精通电机高频铁损耗计算，电机电磁噪声分析计算，电机温升计算，电机交直轴电感计算, 精通Ansoft/Ansys/MotorCAD/Jmag中的一种 ; Professional in permanent magnet synchronous motor design, good at motor high-frequency iron loss calculation, motor electromagnetic noise analysis and calculation, motor temperature rise calculation, motor cross-axis inductance calculation, professional in one of Ansoft/Ansys/MotorCAD/Jmag • 沟通能力强，善于团队合作，善于协调内外部资源解决问题； Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources • 对工作有热情，执行力强，独立工作能力强，富于创新； Passion for work, strong execution, strong independent work ability and innovation; • 良好的英语基础，较强的英文文献阅读能力和口语交流能力。 Good English Language Skills, both english literature and fluent discussion
